Tree Medicine, Dieting & Sacred Craft
Trees have been our pharmacists, our craftspeople, and our closest shamanic allies since the beginning of human time. In the world of the ancient Druids, every part of a tree was medicine.
In this workshop, you'll receive an introduction to all three strands of this living tradition: tree medicine for the body, sacred craft for the hands, and tree dieting for the soul. You'll leave with practical tools, a guided journey, and a simple practice to begin your own embodied relationship with the forest.

ABOUT THIS WORKSHOP
The Forest Has Always Been
Giving
Long before pharmacies, trees were our healers, and even now, many of our our "Western" allopathic medicine is derived from trees although most of us have forgotten this fact. Trees are and have always been our craftspeople, keeping us warm and putting shelter over our heads. They are our closest shamanic allies, and our nervous systems, blood vessels, and lungs mirror their design. The ancient Druids understood that they were our elders, our giving relatives, and, when asked for their permission, every part of a tree could be offered as medicine — the bark, the leaf, the flower, the fruit, the root, the resin — and that a tree's gifts could be received on three levels: into the body, through the hands, and deep into the soul.
In this 90-minute workshop, you'll receive an introduction to all three strands of this living tradition. We'll explore tree medicine for the body — learning to work with accessible trees as healers. We'll enter the shamanic practice of dieting a tree — the tradition of entering intentional, sustained relationship with one tree over time, and what it offers in return. And we'll work with the hands through sacred craft — bringing the forest's magic into the material world.
You'll leave with practical tools, a guided journey to receive a personal gift from your tree ally, and a simple take-home practice to begin your own embodied relationship with the forest.
This workshop stands beautifully on its own, and also follows naturally from Parts I & II. No prior experience is required — only a willingness to receive what the trees are already offering.

Part I?
ABOUT THE FIRST WORKSHOP
Trees have been companions, teachers, and allies to humans since the beginning of time. In the world of the ancient Druids, they were the keepers of memory, the threshold between worlds, and the most reliable of oracles. They still are, if we know how to listen.
In this 90-minute introductory workshop, you'll take your first steps into the practice of tree magic: learning to sense a tree's presence, recognize when a tree is calling to you, and begin building a relationship with a tree as a living spiritual ally. No prior experience is required, only an open heart and a willingness to be received by the green world.
This workshop stands alone as a meaningful and complete experience, and also serves as a natural doorway into deeper work for those who feel the call.

ABOUT THE SECOND WORKSHOP
Long before written alphabets, the ancient Celts encoded the wisdom of the natural world into the Ogham — a sacred system of marks, each one named for a tree and carrying the living intelligence of that tree's spirit, medicine, and mystery.
In this 90-minute workshop, you'll take your first steps into this living alphabet. We'll explore the mythic origins of the Ogham and its Druidic roots, go deep with three sacred trees — Birch, Oak, and Yew — and journey to receive a message from the forest in your own language.
This workshop stands alone as a meaningful and complete experience, and follows naturally from Part I for those who want to go deeper into the world of tree wisdom.
