I’ve lost almost everything more than once—dreams I nurtured for years, relationships that I gave my life to, the approval of family, and the version of myself I thought I had to be to survive and belong.

I’ve climbed the ladder, built the business, raised the money, and birthed a vision into reality—only to watch it dissolve in the sacred waters of my tears.

And, still I chose to walk forward.
I didn’t let these losses break me.
I learned to listen, to find the single match in the dark hall. I embraced my grief. And in that listening, I was held and led by something greater.

I’ve navigated spiritual emergence, the complexities of motherhood, and the pain of exile, estrangement and custody courtrooms.

I’ve had to reclaim my voice after years of invalidation, manipulation, gaslighting, and being punished for my growth and standing in my truth.

And I’ve had to tell the truth, even when it could cost me everything.

Yet, I’ve found my way to the other side:
To true love and partnership.
To sacred sisterhood.
To motherhood aligned with my values.
To a life on land I dreamed of for years—in the golden fields of Burgundy, France.

To a life shaped not by control, or the expectations of others, or the promise of false belonging, but by devotion to my soul, service and sacred reciprocity.

To the hard-won lesson that abandoning myself—trading authenticity for approval, silence for safety—was the real sacrifice.

And that sometimes, it’s only in losing everything that we find the courage to become… and finally receive what was meant for us all along.

But make no mistake—I am still walking this path.
Still shedding, still listening, still becoming, still being humbled to my knees.
The only difference is, I’ve walked a few steps ahead. I am familiar with the terrain. I’ve obtained a lantern.
