WHAT IS RTT?

Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) is a pioneering therapy developed by Marissa Peer, combining the most effective elements of hypnotherapy, psychotherapy, NLP, and CBT into a single, fast-acting method that delivers permanent change at the subconscious level.

 

Most of what drives our behaviour — our fears, our blocks, our patterns, our self-limiting beliefs — lives not in our conscious mind but beneath it, in the subconscious. RTT accesses that layer directly through hypnosis, locates the root cause of the issue, and transforms it. Not manages it. Transforms it.

 

Sessions are typically 90 minutes and followed by a personalised audio recording you listen to for 21 days. Most clients notice significant change within days of their first session.

How a session
actually works

Pre-session conversation (30 min)

We study the elements of classical myth — structure, archetype, symbol, threshold, ordeal, gift, return — and begin to see them alive in the stories we already know and love.

The hypnotic induction

Every myth begins with a disruption. We locate yours — the wound, the loss, the moment the world changed — and begin to understand it not as something that happened to you, but as the beginning of your story.

Root cause regression

We identify the moment you left the known world — or were pushed from it — and explore the wilderness, the underworld, the dark forest that followed. Shamanic journeywork and guided writing deepen this exploration.

Transformation and new belief installation

Mythology is populated with guides and gatekeepers. We name yours — the people, dreams, animals, and moments that appeared when you needed them most — and discover what they were carrying.

Your personalised audio (21 days)

Every myth ends with a return, carrying something new. We locate your gift — what your particular ordeal gave you, what only you can bring — and write the myth to its completion.
